Can you imagine feeling more at ease in your body, calm in your mind, and open-hearted?

Can you imagine showing up for life ‍fully present?

Mindfulness practice can help support:

  • cultivating present moment awareness

  • stress reduction

  • etc.

During these sessions, we will:

  • explore experiential mindfulness practices

  • engage in discussion about your mindfulness practice

  • explore somatic/movement based practices, or nature based explorations and mindfulness based creative practices

  • dive into the many questions you have about how your mindfulness practice is shaping your life, views and values, and how it serves as a profound tool for spiritual, and personal growth.

"With Nichole I am able to learn and grow my meditation practice in ways that are tied to my actual experience. She has helped me develop tools for navigating the most challenging time in my life in ways that I would not have thought possible. She is flexible  and responsive  to what is  going on, brings deep knowledge, experience, and compassion to the work.  Her openness about her own meditation experience  and struggles really demystifies the process and makes it easier to step into."
