Mid-week Movement & Meditation

Mid-week Movement & Meditation is a mix of movement and somatic practices in addition to traditional mindfulness practices and teachings. This will be a perfect mid-week rest and reset to get you through to Friday.
Each week we will explore a mix of different practices influenced by traditional mindfulness and meditation, yin yoga, qi gong, tai chi or meditative/intuitive movement.
This weekly meditation will help you:
navigate the stressors of your day
calm the mind
connect with your body
cultivate self regulation tools
find more beauty and joy in your day to day
make peace with the present moment
