Embodied
An ongoing somatic therapy Group for Women healing from trauma
EMBODIED is for women who have been impacted by traumatic experiences of any kind and who want to learn to inhabit their bodies, their voices and vitality, in a way that feels safe, connected and alive. This somatic therapy group is a synthesis of trauma informed movement explorations, somatic & mindfulness based practices and creative/expressive practices to facilitate curiosity and self discovery. EMBODIED is designed to help women healing from trauma cultivate embodied presence and self awareness, empowered expression, ease and flow, healthy and compassionate responses to fear or shame, a sense of safety in and connection to their bodies, and to reclaim or rewrite their trauma narrative.
EMBODIED is equal parts deep dive & playful exploration, healing support group & self empowerment, grounded nervous system rewiring & spiritual expansion. In this group we will explore themes of presence, embodiment, self love & healing shame, empowerment, safety, bold expression, healthy self regulation, and more. EMBODIED is open to 8 participants who are able to commit to showing up every other week for 6 months. Every 6 months new members will be admitted if space is available.
